Countries we ship to & delivery cost

We are currently shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. Different rates apply depending on your location. 

Currently we offer free shipping within the Netherlands for all orders from €30.

For Belgium, we offer free shipping for all orders from €50.

 

Delivery time

For shipments within the Netherlands expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days.

For orders from Belgium expect a delivery time of 2-3 business days.

 

Returns and refund policy

Are you not satisfied? Please always contact us first at info@cedarhouseferns.com. We can then try to find a solution together.

You can always cancel your order without giving any reason, as long as this happens within 14 days of receipt. You then have 14 days to return the shipment to us. We kindly ask you to return the ferns as soon as possible, so they arrive healthy. 

Contact us to return your order and we will provide the instructions.No additional charges will then be made.
